Working Pressure:0.4-1(Mpa)
Air flow:1-18m³/min
Features:
Adsorption dryer is through the "pressure change "(pressure swing adsorption principle) to achieve the drying effect. Since the capacity of air to hold water vapor is inversely proportional to the pressure, part of the dried air (called re-gas) expands to atmospheric pressure under reduced pressure. This pressure change makes the expanded air drier, and then it passes through the desiccant layer that needs to be regenerated (i.e. the drying tower that has absorbed enough water vapor) without connecting the airflow. The dry re-gas sucks out the water in the desiccant. Take it out of the dryer for dehumidification. The two towers work in circulation, without heat source, and continuously provide dry compressed air to the user's gas system.
According to the sorbent regeneration way to classification of drying machine, mainly can be divided into no thermal regeneration micro-thermal regeneration suction machine and thermal regeneration micro-thermal regeneration suction machine two. Because the non-thermal micro-thermal regeneration drying machine is based on isothermal adsorption work, also known as "pressure swing adsorption", the thermal micro-thermal regeneration drying machine is based on isothermal adsorption work, also known as "variable temperature adsorption". In actual use, there is also a kind of micro-heat dryer. From the formal point of view, micro-heat regenerative dryer is also used for heating regenerative gas, but because the regenerative gas it uses is from the dry air with very low water content, it is also a "pressure swing adsorption" dryer.
